Welcome to Sunset Bay Recreation Adventures! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

General Use

  • Guests must adhere to all posted rules and regulations for safety and enjoyment.

  • Sunset Bay Recreation Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

  • Facilities, rentals, and services are intended for recreational use only.

Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation.

  • Payment methods accepted include [insert payment methods].

  • Sunset Bay Recreation Adventures is not responsible for weather-related disruptions or cancellations.

Liability & Safety

  • Guests use our facilities and equipment at their own risk. Sunset Bay Recreation Adventures is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks, canoes, or other watercraft.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with local laws.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Littering or damaging property

  • Unauthorized use of equipment or facilities

  • Illegal activities, including underage drinking or drug use

Force Majeure

Sunset Bay Recreation Adventures is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
